Role Overview

Spotify Advertising is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our Emerging & Scaled Marketing team. This pivotal role involves leading our growth marketing strategy to drive measurable revenue impact with medium-sized advertisers. You will be responsible for managing our acquisition funnel, developing user flows, and growth models to pinpoint opportunities that enhance our acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize a comprehensive growth strategy to drive significant revenue impact.
  • Oversee the acquisition funnel, including paid media, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Product teams.
  • Build a customer journey strategy that integrates customer segmentation with paid media, landing pages, email, sales, and other channels.
  • Manage Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), defining key metrics and targets to improve payback periods.
  • Provide insights to inform creative strategy, diversify creative assets, and test creative in the market.
  • Recommend new channels and platforms in key global markets to reach new segments.
  • Partner with the Paid Media Manager for daily execution, testing, and campaign tracking.
  • Own the experimentation/learning agenda to optimize channels and audiences.
  • Synthesize user data and research to inform campaign concepts and decisions.
  • Set KPIs, track, and report on the efficiency of our growth funnel and its impact on business goals.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of brand marketers, creatives, content experts, product marketing managers, and engineers, as well as external agencies.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing and marketing campaign management.
  • Experience with B2B, ad platforms, in-house media, or ecommerce is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing lead acquisition strategies across search, display, and video.
  • Skilled in crafting multi-channel marketing campaigns that incorporate paid media and landing page optimizations.
  • Experienced in experimentation with a consistent track record of implementing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns, and translating data into insights.
  • Confident in building insightful reports and presenting confidently to influence senior collaborators.
  • Highly collaborative with experience engaging with teams cross-functionally.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, open to constructive design feedback, and able to iterate quickly.
