About the Role
As the Head of Growth at Algorand Foundation, you will focus solely on growth. You will set growth targets, assess performance metrics, and implement innovative campaigns to drive the growth of users, developers, and businesses on the Algorand blockchain. You will manage all aspects of the company’s online web presence, including CRM, email, SEO, and paid media, to support marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with various teams including Ecosystem, Creative, Brand, and Developer Relations, to optimize site performance across traffic, conversion, and growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and implement growth strategies focused on increasing the adoption of the Algorand blockchain.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis to understand user behavior and market trends.
- Design and implement robust marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new users/developers.
- Optimize conversion funnels.
- Champion, build, and execute a best-in-class retention and engagement strategy, including email deliverability, loyalty rewards, and gamified programs.
- Partner with the Ecosystem leads to connect content with powerful insights, and the Brand and Creative lead to amplify voice and narrative.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth leadership roles, preferably in the technology or blockchain industries.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
- Deep empathy for the user (e.g., developers) and a desire to build a global brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment.
