Join Qustodio, a fast-growing internet safety startup based in Barcelona, as a Customer Success Specialist. Our mission is to provide a safe digital experience for every child, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve this goal. You will be part of our Customer Support Team, working closely with the Customer Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality phone support and ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and dedicated phone support to our high-end customers.
- Address technical issues, guide customers through onboarding, and help them succeed with our product.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, keeping logs, classifying, and tracking queries.
- Prioritize and manage various tasks throughout the day to deliver excellence.
- Collaborate with the team to update stakeholders on related issues and potential improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with both your team and the broader Customer Support team to stay aligned on quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Agent.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, fully computer literate, and tech-savvy.
- Open to flexible hours, including late shifts (4pm to 1am), mainly to cater to the US market.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
