About the Role
As a Lead Engineer Primair at SPIE, you will be at the forefront of the energy transition in the Netherlands. This role involves responsibility for all mechanical constructions at a high-voltage station, from the steel structures that support the high-voltage lines to the transformer houses that provide protection. With your expertise, you will tailor solutions to meet each client's requirements, focusing on every detail. Efficiency is key, and sharing knowledge with colleagues is encouraged. In addition to creating 2D and 3D drawings, you will assist the constructor with smaller calculations.

Your Profile
To succeed at SPIE Energy, it is essential to be technically proficient (preferably in mechanical engineering) and maintain an overview. You should have a proven HBO level of education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Energy Engineering or similar, with some experience as an engineer. Experience in mid or high-voltage installations is a plus, as is knowledge of Systems Engineering (IEC 15288) and various contract forms such as UAV, UAV-GC, and D&C. Analytical, result-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to work well in a team.
