GreenFlux is a leading provider of smart electric vehicle charging solutions. We offer a cloud-based charge point management SaaS platform that connects Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs), enabling them to offer charging services to EV drivers. Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and integrating a wide range of charge stations and payment terminals, managing test certification life cycles, and creating roaming connections with partners. You will also provide third-line support for complex technical issues and collaborate with our IT platform developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and integrate charge stations using OCPP with socket servers.
- Integrate contactless payment terminals (Hardware-to-Hardware, Cloud-to-Cloud).
- Test software features such as Eichrecht, Autocharge, and Plug&Charge on certified hardware.
- Manage the test certification life cycle.
- Create roaming connections (OCPI, eMIP, OICP) with partners and hubs.
- Execute operational implementation of innovative technical solutions.
- Provide third-line support for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT platform developers from a technical operations perspective.
- Implement integration projects, including documentation and successful project completion.
- Cooperate with customer IT departments to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist the Sales Team with technical inquiries during client acquisition.
- Produce articles for internal and external distribution on troubleshooting and use cases.
Qualifications
- Affinity with computers and technology.
- Experience with protocols and/or coding (e.g., OCPP, SOAP, HTTP(s), Python).
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in B2B services or SaaS applications.
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- A technical or IT/computer science bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
- Background in or experience with electric vehicle charging is a plus.
- A sustainable mindset.
