OneText is a fast-paced, growing startup on a mission to make commerce frictionless by turning every phone number into a universal payment method. We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Fullstack Typescript/Node Engineer to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
About the Role
As a Lead Fullstack Typescript/Node Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our core platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our core platform using Typescript and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with Typescript and Node.js.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with fullstack development, including both frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
