Join Molten Cloud as a Lead Software Engineer
Molten Cloud is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic product team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge platform that empowers rights-holders of digital media content. Our platform simplifies complex intellectual property rights, content, and licensing operations, enabling efficient global content monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Take ownership of and lead the development of select modules. Engage with users to define requirements, build, deploy, and iterate in Agile sprints.
- Team Building: Build project teams with other engineers, plan and lead sprints.
- Platform Design: Contribute to the design, architecture, and research of Molten’s core platform, including data transmission, security, back-end, and front-end development.
- Testing and Deployment: Test accuracy, performance, and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups.
- User-Centric Approach: Incorporate user-centricity in the product by meeting directly with users to collect requirements and feedback to continuously improve and optimize the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work with the business development team to articulate and share the value proposition of your system to its users, and collaborate with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions.
- Mentorship: Train, coach, and mentor engineers on the team.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, developing web-based products.
- Expertise in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with MongoDB, API documentation, Vue.js, blockchain, and DevOps tools is a strength.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in computer science, math, physics, or a similar field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ambitious ideas and the ability to build teams around a shared vision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
