What You'll Do

As an experienced data analyst, you will transform data into valuable insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making. Your primary focus will be on the Online Casino, covering all related aspects from CRM to compliance. This is a unique opportunity to shape the analytics landscape for our Online Casino from the ground up.

You will be involved in the entire process, from collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, to data preparation, exploration, and analysis. You will work independently or with a team of enthusiastic analysts to bring your analyses into production when necessary. We encourage proactive idea generation to improve decision-making processes.

You will act as a strong sparring partner for both internal stakeholders and external data providers, working closely with other data analysts and engineers. Success in this role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and domain experts who can provide insights into the workings of the Online Casino.

Our Offer

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,622 to €6,527 based on a 38-hour workweek.
• The position is available for 32 to 38 hours per week.
• 8.3% holiday pay.

About You

You are a data enthusiast who believes in value creation through data. You are visible to stakeholders within the Online Casino and proactively contribute ideas. You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, and capable of explaining complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed university education in a relevant field such as econometrics, applied mathematics, or business analytics.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Strong coding skills in SQL and Python, with experience writing production-quality code.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with AWS and SageMaker is a plus.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, breaking down problems into manageable parts to achieve quick results.
