Job Overview
As a Junior HR Data Scientist at Highberg, you will leverage your data science skills to enhance employee experiences and improve business performance. You will be part of the leading People Analytics team in the BeNeLux, working on HR themes such as Engagement, Vitality & Absenteeism, Turnover, Diversity & Inclusion, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Combine, explore, and transform data sets to generate insights.
- Insight Generation: Apply data science techniques to provide diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights.
- Visualization: Use visualization and storytelling skills to make insights compelling and actionable.
- Collaboration: Work with renowned companies like NN Group, Jumbo Supermarkten, and Friesland Campina to address People and Organizational challenges.
Requirements
- Education: Recently graduated with a master's degree or up to 2 years of working experience.
- Languages: Proficient in English and German.
- Location: Reside within 1 hour travel distance to Amsterdam RAI.
- Skills: Proficient in Python, with experience or interest in Azure, Databricks, and PowerBI.
- Attributes: Curious about human behavior, communicative, and a team player.
