What You'll Do

As a Medior Pega Developer, you will be responsible for implementing business requirements with a focus on maintenance, stability, and security. Your daily tasks will include:

Developing Pega applications based on requirements and specifications.
Applying best practices in development.
Performing debugging, performance tuning, and system maintenance.
Working on security and access requirements for Pega applications.
Contributing to the Pega Centre of Expertise.
Following Agile methodologies.

Your Role in the Team

You will be part of the Manpower Planning & Scheduling (MP&S) team within Transavia's IT department, which consists of 180 colleagues. This team is responsible for developing and managing tools that ensure a seamless experience for both passengers and crew. You will work in self-organizing DevOps teams, focusing on safety, innovation, and reliability.

Who You Are

To be successful in this role, you should have:

At least 3 years of experience as a Pega Developer, particularly with Pega Infinity '23.
Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
Experience in developing, implementing, testing, and debugging high-quality Pega applications.
Proficiency in developing workflows and automations using Pega best practices.
Expertise in integrations such as REST and email, and experience with Pega Deployment Manager and Agile/Scrum.
Knowledge of technologies like Open Source, web development, and SQL.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
