Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage and develop client accounts to maintain favorable relationships.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and assigned accounts.

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed financial targets, including revenue and profitability goals.
- Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the market.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on account status and activities within Docker’s systems.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with new product launches and sales team alignment.
- Feedback Loop: Relay client feedback to internal teams for quality service improvement.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
