AG1 is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into insightful, actionable metrics and analytics that guide business decisions. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will report to the Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering and work in a data-rich environment where clarity, accuracy, and data readiness are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners and teammates to influence the core data platform roadmap.
Explore and assess avant-garde technologies to set the technical course for the team.
Engineer and maintain robust, secure, and scalable data pipelines.
Develop and manage fundamental analytics models and infrastructure across our cloud data warehouse.
Transform data from diverse sources, ensuring precision and presenting it in an easily digestible format.
Engage in the entire project span from inception to realization.
Rectify data inconsistencies and establish measures to assure seamless data flow.
Uphold data security and governance while implementing state-of-the-art analytics engineering principles.
Provide comprehensive data documentation and maintain its accuracy.
Coach business stakeholders on utilizing data visualization tools efficiently.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering/Data Engineer role.
Strong expertise in dbt, including building, maintaining, and optimizing dbt models.
5+ years of expertise with SQL.
Experience with platforms like Rudderstack or Snowplow for web traffic analytics.
Familiarity with Python to build out analytical pipelines in Airflow.
Experience with version control systems like Git and creating CI for dbt.
Proven experience with Fivetran for data integration and automation.
