Our business, which operates in a high-volume B2B environment, allows us to create particularly accurate and insightful analyses. These analyses and scalable, data-driven systems power our GTM team, helping to advance our culture around data discipline and efficiency.
Role Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist supporting our go-to-market teams, you will not only help build the above systems but also contribute significantly to improving GTM efficiency and the CAC: LTV ratio through data-driven insights. Your work will directly impact our marketing analytics, helping to surface and grow the highest ROI channels. Additionally, you will explore and test new GTM channels to diversify and scale out our sales operations.
Who You'll Work With
This role reports to our Director of Business Operations, Jonathan Shenkman. You will partner closely with VPs and Directors of our Revenue, Launch (Onboarding), and Marketing teams, as well as the CFO and other Operations team members.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of relevant operational experience
- Excellent SQL and Python skills required
- Experience with SaaS and/or startups highly preferred
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus!
Pay and Benefits
This role's estimated base salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 USD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package. Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, work from anywhere (100% remote workplace), and unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks!
