We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our product and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Build Scalable Architecture: Design and develop scalable backend systems that will shape the future of video software.
- Ensure High Performance: Maintain high uptimes and performance for all engineering systems, ensuring a seamless experience for Captions' users.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a backend engineer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in building distributed systems using GCP, AWS, NoSQL databases, PubSub, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Additional Skills: Experience with GPU management, sharing, and optimization at scale is a plus.
