Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders to translate specs into engineering requirements.
- Implement features and oversee deployments.
- Establish and maintain deployment processes.
- Set technical direction for the backend development.
- Participate in recruiting and team expansion activities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in backend development, preferably with Node.js (not mandatory).
- Proven track record of developing high-quality software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for creating user-centric solutions.
