Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Power BI Dashboards: Craft dynamic, intuitive, and impactful Power BI dashboards that bring data to life, enabling clients to make informed, timely decisions with confidence.
• Lead Data Analytics Projects: Own end-to-end data analytics projects, from data extraction to analysis and insights delivery. Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver analytics solutions that provide tangible value.
• Build Advanced Models: Create a range of statistical and machine learning models, such as customer segmentation, price optimization, churn prediction, or customer lifetime value. Translate these models into real-world solutions that drive measurable results.
• Insightful Communication: Present findings and complex analyses in a clear, compelling way that’s tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to tell a story with data will be key to helping clients grasp the business impact of your work.
• Drive Strategic Recommendations: Go beyond just analyzing data - identify actionable insights and propose practical, data-driven recommendations that address clients' business objectives and pave the way for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis and critical thinking, with a strong business-oriented approach.
• 1-3 years of experience with Power BI is required; intermediate SQL and Python skills are advantageous, and familiarity with KNIME is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian with a proven ability to convey complex data insights to varied audiences.
• Detail-focused with a proactive approach to delivering high-value, actionable recommendations.

• Salary Range: €2800 - €3500 per month.
