About the Role
As the Lead Growth Analyst for Ride Hailing at Bolt, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth through data-driven insights and analytics. This pivotal role involves leading the implementation and execution of pricing and incentives strategies to boost profitability and sustainable growth within the Ride Hailing vertical.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact on profitability and growth. Lead the end-to-end execution of growth analytics projects with a focus on pricing optimization and campaign management.
- Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a direct report, fostering their professional development. Lead by example through hands-on involvement in analytical tasks.
- Market Management and Technical Deployment: Oversee the technical deployment of tools and models for pricing and campaigns across markets, ensuring local market performance is tracked and playbooks are adjusted accordingly.
- Campaigns Management: Drive the success of growth campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Pricing Optimisation: Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to meet net profit goals.
- Budgeting and Investment Optimization: Play a key role in the budgeting process, providing input for pricing and incentives strategy execution.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- At least 7 years of experience in an analytical role, with a strong background in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or coaching junior analysts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
