What You’ll Do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Nexxen, you will:
- Instrument apps to leverage Nexxen’s LGTM observability stack.
- Co-design and implement software release automation.
- Use automation frameworks to manage state across the stack.
- Help developer teams utilize service provider APIs.
- Write software or scripts to monitor systems and applications.
- Revise software designs to mitigate failures.
- Secure and harden application systems against compromise.
- Modernize solutions with the latest cloud technologies.
- Provide first-line support for various data stores and data pathways.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical availability issues.
What Will I Bring?
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and RunDeck.
- Proficiency in programming, scripting, and configuration languages including Python and Bash.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like DataDog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Experience supporting cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Ability to operate in environments with strong data security obligations.
