Senior DevOps Engineer - Realtime Operations

Zoom is actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Zoom for Government team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and scaling our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high reliability and efficiency through best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and comprehensive monitoring and logging.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Argo CD.
- Manage and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments using Terraform.
- Install, configure, and monitor Linux systems across physical and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain containerization and orchestration frameworks using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Enhance system reliability and performance through proactive site reliability engineering practices.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure continuous operation and quality of service.
- Participate in on-call shifts and manage incident response, including after-hours and weekend deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps role.
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
- Strong experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
- In-depth knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD methodologies.
- Expertise in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and related monitoring tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
