Role Summary
As a DevOps Engineer in the Developer Experience team at Bynder, you will focus on improving the development lifecycle and efficiency of our Engineers. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining our production infrastructure to ensure scalability and high-availability, troubleshooting complex issues, and automating processes to maximize development team efficiency. You will also work closely with product development teams to coach and assist with monitoring, alerting, and architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production infrastructure for scalability and high-availability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues related to product and infrastructure.
- Implement proactive and efficient monitoring for all vital microservices.
- Automate processes to enhance development team efficiency.
- Maintain Continuous Integration and Deployment systems.
- Provide insights into scalability and maintenance to developers.
- Develop systems and libraries to aid Engineers in becoming more efficient.
Who You Are
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in container orchestration and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experienced with Linux based systems and public clouds (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Skilled in CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins).
- Knowledgeable in monitoring/alerting systems (ELK, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Familiar with programming languages like Python, TypeScript, and Java.
