Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on projects to migrate, modernize, and deploy customer call centers using the Amazon Connect platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and CI/CD stacks both on-premises and in AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop build, release, and deploy toolchains for DevOps.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, Amazon EKS, Helm, Istio.
- Proficiency in managing Elasticsearch clusters, AWS RDS (MySQL, Postgres), DynamoDB, MongoDB.
- Develop solutions using AWS serverless technologies.
- Set up, manage, and maintain parity across development, staging, and production environments.
- Infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of total IT experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD stacks.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automation using Python.
- Experience with Terraform, CDK, and CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
- Experience with UI development using React JS.
- Familiarity with federated authentication, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and multi-factor authentication.
