Are you a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences? We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain: Work on the Playboy creator platform using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and CSS/Tailwind.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other engineers and product managers to rapidly build and deploy new features.
• Optimize: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and adhering to company coding standards.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code across the team.
• Troubleshoot: Debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, integrating them into our development if necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 5-8+ years of experience working with React/JS, TypeScript, and CSS/Tailwind is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in CSS, React, and Java is essential.
• Platform Experience: Proven experience working on a scaled consumer service platform is highly desirable.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
