Position Overview
Tripadvisor is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer II to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, either remotely or in a hybrid setting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop innovative solutions for the travel industry.
Responsibilities
- Code Development: Regularly commit code to production, with a focus on high-quality outputs. Engage in daily release cycles to ensure continuous improvement.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the software you develop by conducting thorough testing and maintenance.

Skills and Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle development, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in JavaScript/React, Java, Tomcat, Linux, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Snowflake, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Experience with AWS is desirable.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
