We are seeking an A+ Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting complex systems and contributing to our product and business goals. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently on both product and business aspects.

Our vision is to revolutionize outbound prospecting by creating a marketplace that efficiently connects talent with high-paying and growth opportunities. We aim to streamline the job functions of an SDR and simplify the setup of outbound campaigns.
Opportunity
You will join us at a pivotal moment as we expand our MVP, which has been growing 100% month-over-month since launch. You will work closely with the founders and a talented team of engineers to drive our growth into a generational company. Our backend is entirely written in Go, hosted on AWS, and managed with Terraform. You will tackle interesting technical challenges, such as creating AI-assisted quality assurance processes and optimizing our dialer for better pick-up rates.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in frontend or backend development, with a strong understanding of product and business. You should be proficient in Golang, TypeScript, Terraform, and AWS. An eye for design and product details, along with the ability to independently think about business goals, is essential.
