Role Overview
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will:
- Develop New Features: Utilize your expertise in TypeScript to build new features from scratch for both the frontend and backend of our React Native app.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with our CEO, engineers, and designers to define features, iterate on designs, and launch new updates weekly.
- Engage with Our Community: Interact with users through our app, Discord, or Twitter to gather feedback and prioritize development tasks.
- Influence Product Roadmap: Contribute to the company strategy and help shape the product roadmap.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in developing consumer applications, with a focus on large, cross-platform apps and real-time applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and advanced web platform APIs. Familiarity with React Native, MobX, and NestJS is essential.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote team setting.
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to take responsibility and accountability, collaborating across the company to find impactful solutions.
