Senior In-House Web Developer with SEO Expertise

Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, innovative Senior In-House Web Developer to join our digital marketing team at our in-house agency. This role is crucial for supporting our luxury home services brands under the ResiBrands umbrella, including That 1 Painter, GarageUp, and Pink’s Window Services franchises. ResiBrands, based in Austin, TX, has rapidly expanded to over 400 franchised locations, making it one of the fastest-growing franchise companies in the country. Responsibilities

• Website Management: Oversee the launch and updates of company websites, ensuring timely and accurate implementation. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure website functionality and design meet company standards. Manage website hosting, domain management, and server configuration.

• SEO Implementation: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Monitor SEO performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

• Tracking and QA: Own, create, and implement tracking codes, analytics, and conversion pixels to ensure accurate data collection. Conduct thorough QA testing to identify and resolve any issues related to website functionality and user experience. Ensure websites comply with best practices in web development and are free from errors.

• API Integrations: Own the API integrations for the websites, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Collaborate with third-party service providers and internal teams to integrate and maintain APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API connections.

• Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of 2-3 contracting developers, ensuring they meet project deadlines and KPIs. Assign tasks, review code, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality work. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

• Project Management: Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements and deliver projects on time. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation. Ensure projects align with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Proven experience in SEO implementation and optimization.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, etc.
• Experience with API integrations and management.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
