About the Role
As a Senior Python Software Engineer at Wizeline, you will be pivotal in crafting intelligent and scalable products using cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with clients from inception to completion, ensuring that their technical requirements are met with high-quality solutions. Your role will involve architecting reusable front-end systems and delivering world-class applications.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for the use of advanced technology to solve complex problems.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams (Technical Writing, UX, Product Management, Project Management) to deliver on project goals.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive internal initiatives and contribute to the team's objectives.
Must-have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django and Flask.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, Travis, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write maintainable code.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Advanced degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
