What You Will Work On

You'll be pivotal in designing and implementing secure, scalable Node.js microservices while orchestrating the migration to our cutting-edge tech landscape. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable Node.js microservices to drive our FinTech platform's evolution.
• Lead the migration process, sculpting a microservices-oriented architecture that aligns with BridgeFund's vision.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring harmony in execution.
• Dive into the entire software development lifecycle, ideating, executing, and deploying seamlessly.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and databases, requiring familiarity with various authentication protocols, data formats, and error handling mechanisms.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, identify and resolve bugs, and optimize application performance.

BridgeFund thrives on collaborative brilliance. We're seeking someone well-versed in Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js, with a knack for microservice architecture and RESTful APIs. Your 5+ years of Node.js expertise and 3+ years in microservices will be key, coupled with your hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and databases. Your familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and your track record in MySQL and MongoDB will be invaluable as we advance.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks like Nest.js.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful APIs.
• 5+ years experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and SQL databases like MySQL.
• Hands-on familiarity with GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tools.
