Join our dynamic Engineering team at FunderPro as a Senior Backend Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend services using cutting-edge technologies like JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. You will work on building robust REST APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness of our applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend services.
- Develop RESTful APIs to power our trading platforms.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the security and data protection of our applications.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
- Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Strong understanding of backend programming and web technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
