Join Amazon Web Services as an Account Manager for AI/ML Startups

Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Drive Customer Success: Ensure the success of AI/ML startups at various stages by driving revenue and market share while meeting or exceeding quarterly goals.
- Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain broad relationships within accounts, including with Founders, CxOs, and Board of Directors, to accelerate customer adoption of AWS services.
- Create Value Propositions: Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead and Collaborate: Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption, and lead a large team of extended resources.
- Travel: Expect moderate travel to engage with clients and partners.
About You
- Experience: You have 5+ years of full sales cycle experience in technology sales or equivalent business development, with at least 1 year working with AI/ML technologies.
- Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of core cloud computing concepts and have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with AWS technologies like SageMaker, Redshift, S3, EC2, Data Pipeline, Kinesis, and EMR is highly desirable.

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from €83,100 to €177,800 per year, depending on market location and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
