Rust Developer

- Initiate and lead the development of Rust projects based on existing Python code.
- Write performance-focused parsing code backed by automated benchmarking.
- Research and implement efficient data structures for finite-state machines, text-based indexing/search, and serialization.
Qualifications
- Has led non-trivial, collaborative Rust projects.
- Experience with Python and Rust Python bindings.
- Demonstrable experience with profiling, debugging, and CI tooling.
- You value simplicity and automation.
- You write clearly, concisely, and consistently.
