Position Overview
Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Old East Dallas is actively seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. As a Server Assistant, you will be the backbone of the front of house operations, directly contributing to the smooth running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquaint yourself with our menu and current specials to effectively assist guests.
- Maintain a constant presence on the floor, assisting with running side work.
- Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, and stock supplies to ensure readiness for new guests.
- Assist with all aspects of service, including food delivery and explanation of dishes to guests.
- Manage and organize curbside orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests.

Basic Qualifications

- Physical ability to carry trays, dishes, and other equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
