Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with the administrative pool on projects including global events, regional celebrations, and virtual events.
- Full planning and execution of internal offsites and events, including travel requirements.
- Onsite management of team offsites and events in North America and Europe.
- Manage all event-related duties such as venue liaison, guest list management, and banquet orders.
- Create and maintain operational processes and speak up for improvements.
- Develop strong knowledge of operational tech stack and manage various platforms.
- Provide coverage for team members during PTO or leave.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Excellent writing skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation.
- Valid US passport with eligibility to enter the U.K. and EU.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support to multiple teams/managers.
- Strong experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with event contracts.
- Willingness to travel and provide onsite support at meetings and events.
- Creative problem-solving skills and excellent networking abilities.
