Join Our Engineering Team as a Software Developer
Clio, a global leader in cloud-based legal technology, is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic Engineering team in Dublin. This role offers the flexibility to work from our Dublin office, remotely across Ireland, or a combination of both, with some exceptions.
About the Role
As a Software Developer at Clio, you will play a critical role in our close-knit, supportive development team. You will be instrumental in shaping the future product roadmap for international markets. This position offers the opportunity to own your projects from inception to deployment, becoming a subject matter expert and educating your peers and department.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a distributed team of developers to solve complex problems and provide solutions to Clio customers.
- Work in an agile development environment as part of a full-stack team using a wide variety of technologies.
- Participate in diverse projects and collaborate with development teams across three countries.
- Review code and have your code reviewed; mentor and be mentored by other Clio developers.
- Actively find ways to share your learned experience with colleagues and beyond.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of quality standards and accountability.
- Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, React, and/or Angular.

Compensation and Benefits
Clio offers a competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits and dental coverage. Our hybrid work environment expects local Clions (Dublin) to be in the office at least once per week on our Anchor Day. We also offer a flexible time off policy, pension contribution, and a Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgments at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.
The full salary range for this role is €68,200 to €92,200 EUR, with the aim to hire candidates between the minimum and midpoint of the range. The final offer will depend on individual experience and skillset.
