Join Supernatural as a Software Engineer (VR, Enablement)
Supernatural is a creative agency that combines human creativity with machine learning and AI to create innovative solutions. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Enablement team, focusing on developing and supporting our internal tools that enhance the workflow of our creative teams.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Supernatural, you will:
- Develop and support multiple internal workflow products.
- Seek mentorship from tech leads on engineering standards and best practices.
- Develop and improve tools for various teams including level designers, environment artists, and video editors.
- Provide technical support for live internal applications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including product managers, designers, and marketing.
- Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Foster a growth mindset and regularly seek out opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing in Unity, Unreal, or an equally robust game engine.
- Experience developing and refining user interactions in 3D, interactive applications.
- Experience working on client platforms such as game consoles and mobile devices.
- Experience with multiple projects and codebases simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing VR applications.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and workflows like Jenkins or Bitrise.
- Expertise in Unity and C#.
- Working knowledge of Adobe creative tools and audio/video post-production workflows.

Salary
The base salary range for this position is €85,000 - €130,000 annually, with additional benefits and equity options available.
