About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Growth Team at Wrike. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by simplifying the adoption of our platform. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on Product Led Growth, working on conversion, organic expansion, adoption, and monetization tracks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and explore different Product Led Growth mechanics.
- Maintain high technical quality in the solutions you build, ensuring they are robust and scalable.
- Contribute your expertise to the team, learning new skills and helping others grow.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Java, REST, SQL, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Expertise in relational and non-relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience working in a product team environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Self-organized, proactive, and a team player with a strong understanding of customer problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing and product metrics.
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex scopes and run multiple experiments in parallel.
