This role is pivotal in building solutions for our Professional Services segment and contributing to the success of our enterprise customers.

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that includes backend and frontend engineers, QA, product managers, designers, and engineering managers. You will collaborate daily to achieve company goals and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve Complex Problems: From concept and design to implementation and release, you will tackle complex customer problems and ensure the technical quality of the solutions we build.
• Build the Right Thing: Maintain excellent technical quality and ensure that we are building the right solutions in the right way.
• Learn and Grow: Continuously learn new skills and help others grow within the team.

What You Bring

• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, REST, SQL, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
• Experience: At least 7 years of relevant software development experience, or a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Database Expertise: Good expertise in relational and non-relational storages, particularly PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in a product team, with fluent English and clear communication skills.
• Self-Organization: Ability to self-organize, be a team player, and proactively improve tech foundations and delivery processes.
