Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for our growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, QA, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features.
- Engage in A/B testing and other experimental approaches to identify effective growth strategies.
- Ensure technical excellence and robustness of backend systems.
What You Will Do
- Solve complex problems and explore product-led growth mechanics alongside your team.
- Build and maintain systems with Java, REST, SQL, and leverage databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Communicate effectively within the team and contribute to sprint reviews and presentations.
Who You Are
- You have strong expertise in Java, REST, and SQL with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
- Experienced with relational and non-relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in improving technical foundations and delivery processes.
- Customer-oriented with a good understanding of the business implications of your work.
