About the Role
As a Staff Full Stack Engineer on the Growth Technology team at Honor, you will play a pivotal role in defining and developing the next generation of care operations systems. These systems are crucial for caregiving business owners and employees worldwide. You will be responsible for refining market-leading SaaS solutions, inventing recommendation systems, and collaborating closely with data science and analytics teams to enhance operational performance and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new systems and functionalities to drive operations workflow with recommendations, prioritization, and automation.
- Work on processes ranging from home caregiver hiring to staffing assignments, demand generation, and cost optimization.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of large, complex projects.
- Participate in strategic technical investments to modernize our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build clean interfaces and connect them to backend services.

- Languages & Frameworks: Python, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js
- Tools & Platforms: AWS, MySQL, Looker, GitHub, DataDog
- Architecture: Microservices, RPC
About You
- Experience in building and maintaining production-grade features in Python or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of relational database models and experience using them at scale.
- Comfortable working in and refactoring legacy, monolithic code.
- Experience in building distributed systems and cloud services like AWS or GCP.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Salary Range
- $191,000—$225,000 USD
