We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Developer to join our dynamic team at Facile.it. As a leading digital company in Italy, we are at the forefront of innovation, and we are looking for a talented individual to lead our development team in Milan.
About the Role
As a Team Leader Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our core platforms, particularly in the B2B insurance area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and distributed architectures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development team and overseeing project delivery.
- Implementing business and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborating with various teams to express your technical and organizational skills.
- Contributing to the creation of innovative solutions with a wide impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and NestJS to develop robust applications.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Technical Supervision: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in software development within agile environments.
- Proficiency in designing and building full-stack applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, including the latest ES6 features.
- Experience with React for developing web applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Gitlab CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment.
- Knowledge of functional programming paradigms and reactive programming (RxJS).
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
