About the Role

As a Team Leader Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our core platforms, particularly in the B2B insurance area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and distributed architectures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development team and overseeing project delivery.
• Implementing business and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborating with various teams to express your technical and organizational skills.
• Contributing to the creation of innovative solutions with a wide impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and NestJS to develop robust applications.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Technical Supervision: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring best practices are followed.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in software development within agile environments.
• Proficiency in designing and building full-stack applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, including the latest ES6 features.
• Experience with React for developing web applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Gitlab CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of functional programming paradigms and reactive programming (RxJS).
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
