What You’ll Do
- Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of engineers to build and enhance Knot’s merchant connectivity platform.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product leads to align on the product roadmap and ensure successful delivery of features.
- Innovate: Develop processes that enhance team productivity and foster a culture of performance and scalability.
- Adapt: Be flexible in pivoting strategies to focus on impactful work.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing engineers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and CloudSQL.
- Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with product teams and tailor management styles to team needs.
- Problem Solving: Ability to dive into technical details and solve complex problems.
- Bonus: Experience with backend web scraping.
