Overview
HubSpot is seeking a Technical Lead II for our Frontend Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building and scaling frontend systems and enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of large, distributed systems.
- Spend approximately 70% of your time on hands-on coding and frontend software development.
- Manage a small team of engineers, fostering autonomy and flexibility.
- Drive the evolution of frontend development practices at HubSpot.
- Mentor and coach engineers across all levels, enhancing their skills and development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver successful solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong frontend development experience with technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with codemods, static analysis, or large-scale infrastructure migrations is a plus.
- Previous leadership experience in managing engineers or projects is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $186,300 - $279,500 annually.
- Eligibility for equity plan participation and restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
