Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a product used by thousands of HubSpot customers as a critical daily process.
- Build a user interface that enables users to set up two-way syncs with third-party applications.
- Lead the development and deployment of new and existing integrations on HubSpot data sync, with over 100 integrations already in place.
- Drive improvements to third-party APIs through effective communication with partners.
- Enhance our custom-built integration framework.
- Work in a high-visibility area with the flexibility to explore different areas.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong frontend development experience, primarily with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. However, experience with specific technologies is secondary to strong programming fundamentals.
- A focus on building user-centric solutions, with empathy for user challenges and an understanding of how they interact with our product.
- Excitement about tackling big technical challenges and being close to the business.
- Experience or interest in gaining experience with experimentation and A/B tests.
- Ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and solve problems independently.
- Willingness to dive into unfamiliar concepts and work on a small, customer-driven development team of 3-5 engineers.
