By connecting HubSpot to numerous business applications with a robust two-way data sync, we unify all customer data into a single, well-integrated CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a product used by thousands of HubSpot customers as a critical daily process.
• Build a user interface that enables users to set up two-way syncs with third-party applications.
• Lead the development and deployment of new and existing integrations on HubSpot data sync, with over 100 integrations already in place.
• Drive improvements to third-party APIs through effective communication with partners.
• Enhance our custom-built integration framework.
• Work in a high-visibility area with the flexibility to explore different areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong frontend development experience, primarily with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. However, experience with specific technologies is secondary to strong programming fundamentals.
• A focus on building user-centric solutions, with empathy for user challenges and an understanding of how they interact with our product.
• Excitement about tackling big technical challenges and being close to the business.
• Experience or interest in gaining experience with experimentation and A/B tests.
• Ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to dive into unfamiliar concepts and work on a small, customer-driven development team of 3-5 engineers.
