Technical Support Engineer
Overview
SquaredFinancial is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our trading platforms and providing top-notch support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and technical support, with experience in the FX and FinTech industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain trading platforms: Oversee the operation of MT4 and MT5 platforms, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Aggregation engines management: Handle aggregation engines such as XCore, FXCubic, Centroid, and OneZero.
- Third-party solutions: Manage and maintain CRM, MAM, and PSP solutions.
- Technical support: Provide second-level technical support to both internal and external clients.
- Client onboarding: Execute technical onboarding for professional and API clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Dealing, and Backoffice departments to manage infrastructure and deliver trading solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain internal documentation and training materials related to the trading ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years in the FX and/or FinTech industries.
- Platform knowledge: Proven experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
- Aggregation engines: Familiarity with PrimeXM, FXCubic, Centroid, or OneZero.
- Technical skills: Strong understanding of FIX API and FIX protocol.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
