Jellyfish, a leading Engineering Management Platform, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide our development teams through significant growth and transformation. This role is pivotal in shaping team structures, enhancing ways of working, and ensuring technical excellence within the team.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a product, engineering, and design trio on team strategy and roadmap.
- Be accountable for your team’s say/do performance.
- Continuously improve your team’s ways of working.
- Understand all aspects of your team’s product area including architecture, implementation, and business use cases.
- Maintain a high bar for technical excellence and quality.
- Mentor engineers to help them grow and level up.
- Align your team's efforts with the overall company strategy.
- Provide support for production operations of the Jellyfish product.
- Actively promote a culture supportive of growth and inclusion.

- Strong experience leading teams developing SaaS platforms.
- Curious, great at building consensus, and executing plans.
- A committed servant leader focused on enabling and empowering teams.
- Experienced in a matrix-style organization.
