Join Cloudflare as a Frontend Engineer - Web Performance
Cloudflare is seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our Web Performance team. This team is dedicated to positioning Cloudflare as a leader in Internet performance monitoring and improvement. Our mission is to build a best-in-class platform that helps our customers understand and enhance the performance of their websites.
Your Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life. You will collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, product designers, UX researchers, and other engineers to develop a suite of Web Performance UIs. Your work will involve close collaboration with various internal teams, including Cache, Data, Workers, and Billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high-quality products.
- Build, test, and deploy web applications that enhance web performance.
- Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and a solid understanding of HTTP.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Experience designing REST APIs.
- Full-stack engineering experience, including building APIs and databases.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from €115,000 to €198,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

Location
This position is based in Austin, Texas, with a hybrid work model that allows for both on-site and remote work.
