Key Responsibilities

Lead Design and Implementation: You will lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems, estimate work scope, organize and prioritize tasks, and communicate timelines effectively.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers and data analysts to define system requirements, balancing engineering and product trade-offs to recommend scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Code Quality and Troubleshooting: Ensure the quality of the code you ship, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive them to resolution. You will own and be accountable for the business-critical systems you deliver.
Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews, provide critical code review feedback, and contribute to team values and processes.
Full Stack Development: Engage in all aspects of software engineering, from design to implementation, QA, operations, and maintenance.

Skills & Experience

Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of large-scale, full life cycle development experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java-based programs, SQL, data structures, algorithms, and OO design. Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like CDK.
Web Development: Experience with full stack web development using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
