Role Overview
As a Senior Cloud Product Owner, you will be integral to our Tech team, working in an agile environment to manage and enhance our cloud product offerings. This role involves significant responsibility for managing the product lifecycle, from conception through to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Agile Project Management: Lead an Agile Squad, manage the product roadmap, and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder feedback.
- Product Development: Translate business requirements into user stories and features, ensuring efficient backlog management.
- Incident Management: Oversee Level 2 and Level 3 incident resolutions, maintaining high service standards.
- Resource Management: Forecast and manage resources effectively, aligning with project needs and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on product strategy and updates.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with Azure IaaS and managing on-premise data centers.
- Proven track record in server management, including OS management and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
