At Klaviyo, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Web Experience to join our team and drive the growth of our digital journey. This role is pivotal in building and optimizing our website for prospects and customers, ensuring a seamless digital experience that aligns with our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Website Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to ensure our website remains a high-performing marketing vehicle for brand awareness and demand generation.
- SEO Optimization: Lead our SEO team to build our organic footprint, focusing on site architecture, technical foundation, keyword support, and editorial content.
- Web Journey Development: Create high-converting web journeys and personalization for prospects, customers, and partners, assessing content effectiveness.
- Global Growth Support: Internationalize the website experience as we expand into new markets and languages.
- Data-Driven Testing: Plan and implement testing to optimize and personalize web experiences, increasing site-to-lead conversions and decreasing time to sale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and Web UX to deliver against channel KPIs and accelerate growth.
Who You Are
- Experience: 12+ years in web management, user acquisition, and demand generation.
- Expertise: Proven track record in senior-level marketing roles, with success in digital experience and conversion strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics), A/B testing tools, content management systems (WordPress), and technical SEO.
- Communication: Ability to communicate strategy and business cases effectively in a complex organization.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring a team across multiple offices and time zones.

- Base Pay Range: $208,000—$312,000 USD
