Who We Are Looking For
We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketer responsible for optimizing our marketing spend and performance to grow revenue and market shares. You will report directly to the CMO and be part of a Marketing team of 9 colleagues, plus an extended inbound sales team. You'll have the opportunity to form an agile working Growth Team with our Web & SEO Manager and Marketing Automation Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies.
- Manage and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize our analytics and tracking in collaboration with the CMO and RevOps team.
- Work with our Sales organization to drive pipeline progression and execute ABM campaigns.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate optimization using A/B testing and data analysis.
- Support our campaign, content, and webinar strategies to scale our demand-generation efforts.
What Makes You a Great Match
Ideal candidates have strong analytical thinking, an expert understanding of paid metrics, tests, and strategies, and a passion for using marketing to drive revenue growth and retention. Experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company and strong stakeholder management skills are advantageous.
How Will This Role Progress
In the first months, familiarize with the team and tech stack. Within 6 months, drive performance and growth, making a significant contribution to our success.
Interview Process
Expect a call with our CMO, a collaboration round with team members, and a closing talk about compensation and practical details. Interviews can be conducted remotely.
